Active Military Banner Program

The City of Turlock is proud to recognize Turlock and surrounding areas including; Crows Landings, Hilmar, Keyes, Delhi, Ballico, and Denair, residents who are actively serving in the Armed Forces through the Active Military Banner Program. The service person will be honored with a banner displaying his/her name and picture and will be proudly hung on Countryside Drive, in Turlock.

Applications will be accepted throughout the year with banner installation conducted annually. Banners will be installed on a first come first serve basis and pending a verification process. Applications received on or before the last Friday of September will be hung that November, pending waitlist status.

Banner Sites

Decorations such as flags, balloons, streamers and candles are not permitted at banner sites.

The City of Turlock is not responsible for replacing banners that are stolen, damaged, or destroyed due to vandalism, or any acts of nature.
