Open EnrollmentThe Human Resources Department is pleased to announce Open Enrollment for Benefit Year 2022-23 will run from June 13, 2021 to June 17, 2021, with selected healthcare benefits becoming effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The Open Enrollment period is your opportunity to make important healthcare insurance decisions for the future use of you and your family. Deadline to submit your open enrollment: Friday, June 17, 2022 5:00 PM.

Medical InsuranceFor this enrollment year, you have the following two medical insurance options:
- Traditional Preferred-Provider Organization (PPO) Plan
- High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) PPO with a Health Savings Account (HSA). As a reminder, the City will contribute $1,250 annually for a single enrollee or $2,100 annually for a family into the employee's HSA account. The City provided HSA contribution only applies to regular, full-time employees.

Ancillary CoveragesThe City of Turlock will keep all other ancillary benefits in place with no changes. Ancillary Coverages includes dental and vision coverage as well as employee basic life & accidental dismemberment coverage and employee long term disability coverage. In addition, the City of Turlock partners will continue to offer voluntary benefits that you pay for yourself (i.e. AFLAC, Cincinnati Life, etc.), and these partners will attend the benefits fair, as they have in years past.
